Our Mission

SKY VC backs founders building the technologies that will reshape how the world moves. We invest early in enterprise and frontier companies across travel and transportation, then stay close as they scale.

We've been at this since 2016. In that time we've invested in more than 50 early-stage startups and supported eight through to exit, by acquisition or IPO. Our roots in SKY Leasing connect portfolio companies to a network of 100+ airlines, MROs, and OEMs, plus a strategic partnership with JetBlue.Same leadership, same team, expanded reach. As an independent platform, we can move faster and back founders with deeper conviction.

We invest in and partner with early-stage startups that are reshaping the future of travel and transportation. Founded in 2016 as JetBlue’s corporate venture capital arm, we’ve invested in more than 50 companies across the travel, hospitality, and transportation sectors.

In May 2025, we became part of SKY Leasing—a premier aviation asset manager with relationships spanning over 100 airlines, OEMs, and MROs—strengthening our ability to drive innovation across the global travel ecosystem.
